About the role

Our Operations team is the backbone of our healthcare platform, ensuring seamless data flow between our technology and partner medical practices.

The Operations Associate focuses on verifying, entering and maintaining accurate patient and practice data in our platform. They also enhance our operational processes and implement initiatives to help our partners succeed. They collaborate across the company, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

For high-performing team members, this role offers significant growth potential within 6-12 months. They might expand into leading process improvement initiatives, managing partner relationships, or specializing in customer success. This role is a launching pad for future operations or start-up leaders who want to make a difference in healthcare.

What youll do

  • Support Partner Practices: Process and verify patient data from partner medical practices using our internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identify Discrepancies: Flag any data discrepancies or system issues to the Head of Operations for further review and investigation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities that could drive efficiency for our team and our partners.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Be the voice of the customer and partner with Engineering and Product to drive partner success.

About you

Experience:

  • A bachelors degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with modern business software (e.g. project management tools, CRM).
  • Experience with medical documents or data is preferred.

?Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + equity
