WeTheHobby, a trusted and respected brand in the sports entertainment industry, is looking for multiple fulltime Operations Associates to assist with our shipping operations. This is a unique opportunity to join an amazing team of professionals in one of the most exciting and evolving industries around.

This role is on-site at our innovative sports card store in Neighborhood Of The Arts in Rochester, NY. Come join a forward-thinking team, raising the standards of sports collectibles and playing a major role in an explosive and exciting industry.

Candidates need to be energetic, motivated, and able to accurately fulfill customers' orders quickly. This is an opportunity to get into a successful, rapidly growing start-up with upward mobility potential.

The role will include:

• Sorting, verifying, and packing sets of individual cards resulting from group card breaks
• Packing and shipping of normal sports card boxes and cases
• Fulfillment-related data entry
• Receiving new products from our suppliers (as needed)
• Inventory systems management (as needed)
• Additional operational tasks based on performance/experience

Candidate qualities:

• No industry experience is required for the role but any experience in warehouse operations/fulfillment and online commerce is a major plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Sports knowledge helpful
• Computer literacy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Afternoon/night shift and weekend availability, required

This role is part-time

Shifts/Hours Flexibility to include evening (5:00pm - 11:00pm) and weekends.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position based upon location in Rochester, NY and experience is $19.23 per hour.
