Description:
- Walmart's eCommerce Compliance Department is responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies, programs, and products to ensure safe transactions and maintain trust across our marketplace business. Our responsibilities include mitigating risks around Intellectual Property.
- The Analyst, Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit (eCommerce Compliance) will report into the Senior Manager I, Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit and will partner with the Legal, Marketplaces, Customer Support, Omni Merchandising Corporate Affairs, Technology and Risk Operations and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Investigative Qualifications:
- Reporting on Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit metrics on a regular basis
- Managing internal escalations related to Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit
- Tracking and managing the support mailbox for Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit escalations
- Building strong partnerships with Walmart internal stakeholders in the US and globally
- Reporting on Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit metrics on a regular basis
Analytical Qualifications:
- Perform data analysis and trends related to Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit
- Conducting data analysis and audit of anti-counterfeit controls and programs (IP Gating, Rule Creation, Rule Audit, Seller Risk) derived from IP Claim investigation trends and observations.
- Building strong partnerships with Walmart internal stakeholders in the US and globally
- The ability to analyze large data sets to identify patterns and use insights to drive improvements and mitigate risks around Intellectual Property.
