Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all operations within the Accounting and Finance Department.
  • Manage an accounting team comprising 10-12 direct reports, ensuring streamlined processes.
  • Authorize all revenue and expenditure transactions.
  • Evaluate cost controls, cash flow, financial statements, and expenses to guide leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with corporate executives to facilitate planning and identify financial priorities.
  • Drive improvements in corporate systems and operational procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal budgetary regulations.
  • Provide analytical insights and data to support informed business decision-making as a strategic partner.
  • Oversee corporate banking activities and maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.
  • Manage the annual audit process.
