- Manage an accounting team comprising 10-12 direct reports, ensuring streamlined processes.
- Authorize all revenue and expenditure transactions.
- Evaluate cost controls, cash flow, financial statements, and expenses to guide leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with corporate executives to facilitate planning and identify financial priorities.
- Drive improvements in corporate systems and operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal budgetary regulations.
- Provide analytical insights and data to support informed business decision-making as a strategic partner.
- Oversee corporate banking activities and maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.
- Manage the annual audit process.
