Operations Clerk (Remote)

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Hours: 40-hour work week, with potential overtime (not mandatory) Start Time: 8:00 AM (flexible within certain limits, at hiring manager's discretion) Location: Fully Remote Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

This role supports the PA Renewal Specialist role and is responsible for managing tasks within Pricing Agreement (PA) Renewals. The ideal candidate will ensure that performance goals are met while executing non-routine tasks, communicating effectively with customers, internal teams, and branch staff, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PA Renewal Management: Handle annual renewal pricing quotes and consistently follow up with customers to confirm the status of their purchase orders.
  • Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to customers to ensure purchase orders are processed, following up as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with both internal teams and external customers to achieve efficient task completion.
  • Process Documentation: Document tasks and create clear process flows for better understanding and tracking.
  • Training Assistance: Contribute to the development of training materials for new hires or process updates.
  • Territory Management: Potentially manage your own renewal territory.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in administrative roles or customer service, preferably with experience in Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes.
  • Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
    • Comfortable working independently and managing follow-up calls
  • Technical: SAP experience is a plus, but training will be provided (SAP test required after training).
