To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a growing private wealth management firm, is seeking an Operations/Client Services Associate to lead the on-site Operations team in Norfolk, VA! About the Job:
- Responsible for client account onboarding and set-up, as well as account closure and offboarding.
- Handle manual account reconciliation and entering of transactions across systems.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Work closely with the custodians to address any discrepancies and save appropriate documentation and statements.
- Utilize policies and procedures, consistently reviewing for process improvements.
- Monitor new client investments and resolve time sensitive escalations.
- Oversee a small team of Operations Analysts, providing training and mentorship.
- Other projects and duties as assigned. About You:
- Bachelors degree and 4+ years of wealth management operations experience required.
- Experience using Orion (or a similar platform).
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. About the Position:
- Salary range of $80K-$85K (dependent on experience), with annual discretionary bonus.
