Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations professional to manage escalated issues, ensure system uptime, and maintain secure and efficient operations across network, cloud, and system platforms. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting network devices, managing cloud infrastructures, refining operational playbooks, and improving incident response processes. The role also involves system administration, automation, security, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma (required); Bachelor's in IT-related fields (preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in IT operations, with expertise in network management, system administration, and cloud platforms.
• Certifications (preferred): Network+, CCNA, Azure/AWS Certifications, ITIL, and more.

Skills:

• Core Areas: Network configuration, system monitoring, cloud automation, DevOps, security, and incident management.
• Technologies: AWS, Azure, VMware, Linux/Windows, Terraform, Ansible, SIEM tools, and scripting languages.
