In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless operations of company drivers and their deliveries. You'll collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure high quality delivery performance and customer service satisfaction. - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team and assist in managing projects across the customer service, accounting, and field services departments.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to enhance delivery processes and ensure outstanding customer service satisfaction.
- Offer real-time support to route drivers in the field, handling their calls and addressing their needs promptly.
- Generate service tickets for field technicians to ensure timely responses to service requests.
- Prepare route packets for drivers and perform data entry tasks in the CRM system.
- Input orders for beverages and snack products with precision.
- Process and dispatch invoices to customers efficiently.
- Create detailed reports for the operations team and other departments as required.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of warehouse and office supplies, maintaining facilities, and scheduling necessary services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations and ensure positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word (Excel assessment will be provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant office experience.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pmPay: $22-$26/hr. DOE.Benefits: During evaluation to hire period, offered through Express.
