We offer top compensation (based upon education and experience), health benefits, PTO, bonuses and much more.Some of the qualities we are looking for in a candidate:Communication: excellent written and verbal communication in a large group setting and 1:1Optimistic and Positive: innately optimistic and understands the power of positive engagementDetail: is innately driven by the value of details and understands the contextual relevance to goal achievementPlanning: can easily structure and organize tasks, processes, and projects to ensure great outcomesOrganization: easily take complex projects and organize/compartmentalize to optimize desired resultsDetail: is innately driven by the value of details and understands the contextual relevance to goal achievementOwnership: owns any directive and process to ensure the desired outcomeDriven: has a natural desire to be successful in anything they touchJob Responsibilities:Daily operations preparation and dispatch process for all driversLead daily standup meeting engagement with 40-60 drivers; discuss key safety and deliver quality focus to achieve optimal resultsReal-time and proactive coaching on safety and other KPIsAnalyze, interpret, and leverage data to identify opportunities to maximize company performanceContinually promote best practices for the entire team, with a focus on continuous improvementStrategically plan to ensure employee scheduling is accurate and reflects the needs of daily operationsMonitor and report all compliance metrics as they pertain to safety, fleet, and personnelAssist with fleet transportation to and from strategic vendorsAssist with fleet management needs; preventative maintenance scheduling, vehicle service requirements, inspection reports, compliance audits, and vertical reporting for completion of all servicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree: preferredMust be able to handle stressful workloadAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs during a 10-hour work shiftMust be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 8-hour work period
