THE ROLE This role is an entry-level position with a mix of remote and on-site work. This position involves supporting badge printing events for clients and assisting the Senior Manager of Success Operations with various operational and reporting tasks related to badge printing and equipment management. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the team dedicated to serving the community. If you demonstrate a strong understanding of the company platform and deliver outstanding performance, you could unlock opportunities for career growth and more challenging roles within the Success team. Our client is seeking a candidate who is highly flexible and able to travel frequently. You should have excellent attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution, and be comfortable multitasking. Strong client service skills are a must, along with a flexible schedule. As part of your responsibilities, you will support the operations side, which includes tasks such as design approvals, equipment tracking, onsite logistics coordination, and more. WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Hybrid role with ability to work part time in Addison office
  • Available to travel up to 65% of the time
  • Excel and Salesforce preferred
  • Technically savvy
  • Strong writing, listening, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable working in a team environment to assist in onboarding new customers and supporting existing customers
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, in hospitality manager or similar focus
