Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator for the Chicago Campus CEO is a pivotal, hands-on role designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments. Duties and Responsibilities: Operations - Serve as the primary coordinator for departmental budgeting, planning, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.
- Manage day-to-day campus operations, including payment processing, travel requests, correspondence, compliance documentation, and office supply needs.
- Supervise and guide the Chicago Campus student operations team, including onboarding and training new student workers.
- Provide direct, hands-on support to the CEO to maintain an efficient and organized office environment.
- Coordinate logistics for campus projects, ensuring timelines are met and supporting retreats, meetings, and other divisional activities.
- Maintain and oversee project documentation, ensuring materials are current, securely stored, and easily accessible.
- Act as the primary liaison with project team members to clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Events - Oversee all event inquiries and manage scheduling through the ASTRA database system.
- Manage the logistics of the Chicago Campus City as Campus transportation program.
- Facilitate daily campus schedules for classes, meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational leadership, or a related field.
- Alternatively, substantial relevant experience in operations, event management, or administrative coordination (5-7 years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Experience working directly with high-level executives.
- Knowledge of standard project management software tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proven expertise in project management and coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in budget management and logistical planning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.

Salary and FLSA Status - FLSA Status: Exempt, full-time
- SALARY: $55,000 - $65,000
