Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.ResponsibilitiesOversee ordering material using SAP.SAP Knowledge and backgroundReport to the Indirect Materials ManagerInventory and Asset ManagementStrategic Purchasing - working with Vendors to get the best pricing.Work with the Indirect Material Leader and manager to improve pricing and delivery.Work with the Warranty and Repair Administrator for warranty and repair opportunities.Following up on Purchase Requisitions and Purchasing Orders.Work with the Indirect Material Leader and Manager to get in emergency orders.Maintaining order accuracy and first in first out (FIFO) accuracy.Work with vendors and client for order issues.Coordinate Uniform requests for the plant.Ability to communicate with all levels of Management, Client, Maintenance and Vendors.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics preferred.Minimum of two years' experience in Logistics and material management.SAP experienceAbility to multitask and work without direct supervision.Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.Superior customer service skills and orientation.Critical thinking problem solving skills.Location: On-site - Lake Orion, MIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
