For clients in real estate, hospitality, and finance, we design and deliver customized growth strategies, lead gen campaigns, content, and reporting. We have launched and marketed properties across the globe of every asset class, and supported world-class developers at every stage of growth.

The Role

Our team is growing, and we're on the hunt for our next standout performer – specifically, an Operations Coordinator who is seeking a high-growth, fast-paced working environment.

In this position, you will report to Greenwich Engine's founder and work across our team to provide operations support in the following areas:

-Administrative Support

-Data Analysis

-Accounting & Invoicing

-Process Management & Automation

You will receive one-on-one training and coaching, with significant opportunity for personal growth as you develop your skills and our portfolio grows.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with approximately 25% of your time spent collaborating with colleagues in-person.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
  • Strong English-language written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Innate intellectual curiosity and desire to develop new skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidence
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to travel to Greenwich Engine's Ridgefield, Connecticut office on a weekly basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years relevant professional experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with work management such as Asana or Monday
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Hubspot, Slack and Airtable,
  • Javascript knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Interest in real estate, hospitality, or advertising fields
  • Demonstrated success in, and a preference for hybrid work environments
