This position assists in maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness, fiscal performance, business implementation, and vendor service management for McLean Southeast.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating departmental activities. Act as a delegate for the designated manager, handling tasks and responsibilities as assigned in their absence. Prepare reports and presentations for management review and assist with the training and onboarding of new staff. Implement and refine operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and streamline business processes to support optimal functionality within the department. Maintain and update records related to vendor agreements, operational metrics, and performance data. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for operational improvements. Assist in managing and executing operational projects, including resource coordination, progress tracking, and milestone achievement. Proactively identify and address operational challenges. Develop solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and resolve bottlenecks. Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and vendors to address operational needs and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications External Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is required in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of Experience in business operations, facilities management or a similar role, ideally within a healthcare setting is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
