JOB SUMMARY: SMS is seeking an EMT or higher who will be responsible for coordinating customer's training needs, including but not limited to, working with contractors and customers on vaccination efforts, ISN, and training supplies.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This job description is not intended, nor should it be construed, to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, duties, skills or working conditions associated with the job. Work with consulting team and customers to coordinate and schedule training to include assisting with lodging arrangementsAssist customers with ISN and Safety Council SchedulingPrint and track training certifications for medical trainingTrack and oversee daily FTE report for accuracyAttend and scribe monthly consulting meetingsOversee training and medical supply inventory to include being the focal point for vendors, ordering, shipping and invoicingConduct medical training as neededProvide Industrial Hygiene Technical services as neededGenerate reports for management and customers as needed.May carry/handle equipment.Perform all other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GEDNationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or higherCurrent and valid state driver's licenseStrong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
