Summary:

Description of Responsibilities

1. Manage operations, administrative, and quality staff to optimize internal processes and day-to-day field work efficiency

2. Multisite facility and employee relations management of PA, OH, SC, and FL locations

3. Manage company performance to annual budget and engage with corporate leadership as necessary to review P&L, general ledger, and balance sheets

4. Manage day-to-day planning of in-shop responsibilities for all departments

5. Manage mentorship and growth goals of company leadership

6. Manage all capital projects from initial planning to final implementation

7. Coordinate work schedule for in-house liquid petroleum meter calibration department

8. Facilitate master service agreement (MSA) negotiations with major oil company customers

9. Facilitate company compliance with OSHA and all customer required 3rd party agencies (DISA, Veriforce, ISNetworld)

10. Facilitate annual performance review process for all company employees

11. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable departments

12. Assist with employee on-boarding and training

13. Maintain vendor relationships and pricing of key meter assemblies for resale to customers

14. Attend corporate networking and tradeshow events as required

Qualifications

Prerequisites of Position

1. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Business and/or 15+ years of industry specific experience

2. 5+ years of people management experience

3. 3+ years of project management experience

4. Proficient knowledge of meter proving technologies, calibration methods, and industry specific standards (HB44)

5. Experience with greenfield and brownfield geographic expansions

6. Willing to travel up to 40%
