An agricultural equipment manufacturer in Battleboro, NC is seeking an Operations Director of After Sales Support to oversee their Parts, Service, and Warranty departments. This role ensures these departments collaborate effectively to achieve business objectives, setting and monitoring performance standards, workflows, and targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing parts sales, marketing, and promotional strategies, as well as managing dealer relations and resolving issues: Responsibilities: - Parts Operations: Oversee parts receiving, shipping, inventory management, and supplier orders. Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and adherence to procedures. Set performance targets and manage inventory to meet customer demands. - Parts Sales & Marketing: Set sales goals for parts by dealer and territory. Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive parts sales through dealer partners. - Service Operations: Provide direction for Field Service and National Service Support, including training and service document management. Collaborate with dealers and manage field service call standards. Coordinate technical support at trade shows. - Warranty Operations: Manage warranty claims processing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Oversee cost reporting and trend analysis and develop warranty policies. - Teamwork & Leadership: Lead team meetings, integrate efforts across departments, and model core company values. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely interactions. - Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with team members as well as internal and external parties. Demonstrate strong written and oral skills to excel in customer communication and relationship building. Job Requirements Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience leading or managing a team within a related field. - Experience within the agricultural equipment industry and documented experience in after sales support is required. - Proficient computer skills working with automated warranty systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). - Demonstrated strong operational and team-building skills - Ability to make decisions, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
