Purpose of PositionThe primary purpose of this position is to lead the operational activities of the multispecialty, multi-location physician practice. Scope of ResponsibilityThe Operations Director plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across all locations. Responsible for oversight of day to day operations in multiple location, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource utilization. Plays a pivotal role in the establishment of new specialties within the practice, overseeing the onboarding and launch of new providers into the organization.Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of directly related managerial/supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and site/cost center based management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within and organization
  • Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations
  • Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities, with the ability to take initiative and exercise judgment, decision making and problems expertise
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret information and make effective recommendation to senior level leaders
  • Demonstrates skill using MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
