Operations DirectorChurch Unlimited is making a lasting difference around the world through our mission to take as many people to Heaven as we can before we die. Period. We are one church in multiple locations, meeting in Texas and globally through Church Online. We are a go-big, all-in church that believes in giving our best and having fun while we do it. We do what others won't to reach those who others don't through the truth of God's Word. You can be part of this growing and dynamic church.The Operations Director will coordinate operations at a physical location, provide support to staff and attenders, and lead volunteer teams to execute initiatives at their location. We're looking for individuals that have a knack for details and can keep up with the ever-changing demands of campus ministry. The basics: - Be an exceptionally organized leader with an operational and administrative mind
- Have an eye for details and the capacity to see the big picture
- Be a strong communicator and have a high tolerance for stress
- Be An influential leader who loves leading through others
The works: - Coordinate campus tasks, projects, events, and communication
- Interact with attendees and staff daily through phone, email, Church Unlimited app, and face-to-face
- Lead volunteers to assist with office work, events, and special projects while helping other teams accomplish their goals
- Be able to accomplish everything for everyone - it's challenging, fast-paced and busy, busy, busy
