- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all operational aspects, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure operational activities are conducted within the fiscal constraints.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Engineering, and Finance) to ensure alignment and support for organizational goals.
