  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all operational aspects, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure operational activities are conducted within the fiscal constraints.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Engineering, and Finance) to ensure alignment and support for organizational goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.What you'll need to be considered:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
    • 10 years of operations management in a manufacturing setting
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
    • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational excellence
