Job Title: Operations Electrical EngineerJob DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: - Leads and manages complex projects in the development, improvement, testing, and implementation of electrical systems and methods used to produce products within the medical, dental, and animal health markets. Utilizes expert knowledge of circuit design, data analysis, test and production equipment capabilities, and quality control standards. Initiates and leads complex projects, often taking the lead on specific aspects and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure the successful execution of projects. PRIMARY DUTIES: - Designs, develops, tests, modifies, maintains, or repairs electrical, electronic, or mechanical components, equipment, or systems - Implements electro-mechanical design in industrial or other settings - Creates and interprets advanced electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications - Leads strategic optimization, workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow and designs layout of electrical equipment and product test equipment for maximum efficiency - Using advanced manufacturing knowledge, educates engineers on process capability, development of cost models, and the evaluation of process alternatives. Facilitates the development of new processes - Leads process(es) and project(s) to specifications of equipment, material, and parts to enhance and solve problems - Leads comprehensive product evaluations from an electrical and software systems perspective in manufacturing ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Provides expert guidance to cross-functional teams on process optimization, quality improvement initiatives, and corrective actions - Conducts experiments, analyzes data, and interprets results to improve and innovate production processes - Leads the development and process execution of technical documentation such as verification and validation protocols, CAPA's, quality alerts, and process FMEA's
