Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Improvement Engineer to manage and oversee multiple operations activities within the Blasch Global Solutions Division with the goal of continuous improvement in all aspects of our fulfilment processes. The Operations Improvement Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to; upkeep, improvement and creation of operations documents and documented processes; communicating with vendors, co-workers and customers on quotations and order status and ensuring the quality of products and processes. This position will also require technical input on product design as well as creation and changes to engineered drawings.
To be a successful Operations Improvement Engineer you should be experienced in optimizing and creating operational processes and be an effective team member. An outstanding Operations Improvement Engineer should be dependable and have excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Our facility is open 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Typical office hours are Monday through Friday; 8 hours/day, typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
