Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating daily operations across multiple businesses within Project 2231's Family of Businesses.
  • Support management in implementing and optimizing operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating replenishment efforts.
  • Assist with customer service initiatives to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities and equipment.
  • Aid in planning and executing special events, including parties, tournaments, and community outreach programs.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and communication with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or supervisory staff.
Requirements:
  • Recently graduated, currently enrolled as a senior within a bachelor's degree program, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program. Preference for degrees in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus but not required.

  • The length of internship is expected to be a 6 month duration.
