Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily operations across multiple businesses within Project 2231's Family of Businesses.
- Support management in implementing and optimizing operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating replenishment efforts.
- Assist with customer service initiatives to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities and equipment.
- Aid in planning and executing special events, including parties, tournaments, and community outreach programs.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and communication with vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or supervisory staff.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated, currently enrolled as a senior within a bachelor's degree program, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program. Preference for degrees in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus but not required.

- The length of internship is expected to be a 6 month duration.
