About The OpportunityThis position works closely with Menasha Packaging's Operations Team at the Neenah Plant. This position will support plant operations in a variety of activities to include: process flow and time studies, data analysis, sustainability/waste tracking, and purchase order processing. You will have guidance from a mentor on the Operations Team as well as be included in the summer of 2025 Menasha Corporation's Intern Program, which focuses on connection, experience building, and professional development.
Essential to this PositionThe Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting the Operating Team with projects starting in the Fall of 2024 through the Summer of 2025.

Qualifications- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Business Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or other related degree
