Role: Operations Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead based in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, coupled with exceptional management skills. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential, and the candidate must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the tech team in China, providing insights and feedback to enhance the platform.
- Conduct daily customer support activities to identify and address pain points in the system.
- Drive strategic initiatives and oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing POS systems.
- Engage in frequent communication with the team in China and US-based executives.
- Generate monthly performance reports and collaborate with the CEO on growth strategies.
- Proactively work to onboard 100 new restaurants by leveraging commercial and sales acumen.
- Participate in daily calls with restaurant partners, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the restaurant industry and management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Strong commercial and sales orientation, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on, gritty personality.
- Passionate about the company's mission and vision.
- Excellent communication skills, both with the sales team and tech team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve customer service issues effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prescribe growth solutions based on company learning.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $80,000
