We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, act with integrity, and who support inclusion.Working at Nutrien Ag Solutions will provide you an opportunity to help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be, and grow your career.What you'll do:Manage delivery drivers and warehouse team for the locationOrder and maintain inventory with coordination of branch managerAssist in hiring seasonal staff and supervise all other warehouse staff and ensure proper training is providedOversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipmentEnsure SH&E compliance at the locationEnsure paperwork is completed fully and in a timely mannerHandle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals and seedMaintain application maintenance recordsOperate small mobile equipment (forklift, frontend loader, etc.)Operates computers on equipmentDispatch of trucks in compliance with DOT regulationsReport any safety concerns to the branch manager as soon as they are identifiedAssemble customer ordersPlan and develop policy, procedures, and ensure team adherencePerform any other duties as assignedWhat you'll bring:2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experienceProficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, OutlookWillingness to travelClean Driving RecordAre you a good match?
