Summary:
The Operations Lead will be responsible for the organization's warehouse, including the processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The position is responsible for ensuring proper inventory management, auditing incoming goods, and overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials in compliance with established procedures. Additionally, the role includes preparing and coordinating schedules for shipping and receiving, controlling the flow of goods, and optimizing warehouse space utilization. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of operating procedures.
What you bring to the role:
Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring all orders are extracted from the system and prepared for the team.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of 10-15 members in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and escalating issues as necessary.
Process Improvement: Monitor and suggest improvements to the effectiveness of operating procedures and space utilization.
Supervision: Report directly to the Supervisor and may be responsible for mentoring and guiding lower-level employees.
Flexibility: Must be adaptable and available for overtime and weekend work as needed.

* Proficient in MS Office: Strong Excel and Outlook skills are required.
* Have at least 2 years of order fulfillment experience.
* Fast-paced, requiring quick decision-making and adaptability.
* The role requires the ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision, providing suggestions for new procedures and adjusting working methods to improve efficiency.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
