* Organized and quick learner
* Familiarity with Coating and lining applications

Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Operations Lead, Spray in Place Lining Solutions in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Component Replacement & Repair Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
* Interfacing with the Product Line Manager, project manager, project engineers, operations group and technical support teams to develop strategies to support the execution and growth of Framatome's Spray-In-Place liner business.
* May coordinate day-to-day project operations, providing direction to others to complete specific project assignments.
* Leads project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring resource, equipment, material is avaiable and ready to support project activities on schedule
* Lead on-site point of contact with customer during project executions; clearly communicate with other Framatome organizations and customers to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work.
* Facilitates development of plans and cost improvement programs that allow projects to achieve its business objectives.
* Leads preparation and delivery of project implementation documentation, including procedures, work packages, site requirement plans, etc.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
