With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:Arcadis is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to head its Southeast Mobility PPM Operations, with a focus on the Construction industry and strong connections within the Transit and Transportation sectors. This role will be pivotal in utilizing Arcadis' strong national and international reputation to help grow the firm's operations and enhance its standing in the Transportation and Rail Construction industries. In this leadership role, you will report directly to the PPM National Mobility Operations Director.Role accountabilities: Continually enhance and execute the Southeast growth strategy and marketing plan. Supervise existing operational resources by engaging and mentoring staff while maintaining their utilization. Manage existing clients and contracts by providing quality assessment and control. Manage the Business Development Group by soliciting and responding to task orders issued through prequalification's and On-Call contracts. Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit staff to address clients' needs as determined through positioning, task order solicitations, and Requests for Proposals. Work with the Business Development Group to identify, position and respond to opportunities to grow the Arcadis Mobility Operation in the Southeast to increase its net revenue.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field. 15 years of industry experience, the focus will be on both operational and strategic leadership, driving growth and ensuring project delivery excellence.Key Skills and Abilities: Proven experience in managing teams and driving business development in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with project management software and tools. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000.
