Jefferson Consulting Group, a well-respected government consulting business in Washington, D.C. seeks a detail oriented team player to serve as Operations Management Analyst (OPS Analyst) in support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Africa Bureau.
This role is full time on-site in Washington DC, with occasional/situational telework based on team and work requirements.
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$73,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The Operations Management Analyst (OPS Analyst) will work closely with the Key Personnel Team, to include the Senor Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Financial Analyst and Operations Program Assistant, to support the overall operations of RISSA, an institutional support contract serving USAID's Africa Bureau. Specific focus areas will include: coordinating event support, managing travel and onboarding trackers, analyzing and presenting data for USAID reports and meetings, working with RISSA team members for required reporting and data submission, supporting RISSA team travel arrangements and logistics, supporting the overall recruitment and onboarding process, and coordinating with subcontractors on recruitment, onboarding and travel logistics. The OPS Manager will report to the Senior Program Manager and collaborate daily with the full Key Personnel team to provide comprehensive management support. The individual will develop a strong understanding of USAID policies and guidelines, USAID Africa Bureau operational priorities, and corporate practices and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will focus on but are not limited to:
* Collaborating in a team approach with the full Key Personnel Team and Jefferson Consulting Group colleagues in supporting the USAID Africa Bureau.
* Implementing, tracking, and collaborating with partners on recruitment, onboarding and clearance requirements for RISSA team members.
* Providing support to team on the full travel process (approvals, tracking, reporting, budget management)
* Working with client teams (as lead or general support) for conferences, training events, workshops, and other events (onsite and in offsite locations).
* Managing team submission of required reports.
* Aggregation and distillation of team reports; developing graphics and visual representation of project objectives and achievements for annual and other reports and presentations.
* Supporting day-to-day communication and collaboration with client (meeting preparation, minutes, follow up).
* Analysis of data and presentation of contract-specific data for reporting purposes.
* Primary support in drafting client-focused reports.
Required skills:
* Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience, or master's degree plus one year of relevant work experience.
