Job Responsibilities
Provide recommendations to reduce onboarding SLA and optimize accountability between Market Managers and Client Operations.Drive weekly reporting on New Active Listings, onboarding SLA, churn, and reactivations, identifying opportunities to merge supply and quality reports.Collaborate with Host Comms on campaigns to verify listing accuracy.Oversee the intake and rollout of dedicated operations tools, documenting product changes and operational process updates.Facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools across Luxe Host Operations through effective change management strategies and training sessions.Job Requirements
Proven experience in operations management, particularly in supply processing and system enhancements.Exceptional project management capabilities with a track record of leading complex, global initiatives.Proficiency in collaborative project management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, G Suite) with a strong foundation in data analysis and presentation skills.About Akraya
