Office Management (70%)
Lead and manage a team of 3 staff for the maintenance of the office and cafeteriaOrganize, coordinate, and manage company events to enhance employee engagement and corporate visibilityProvide essential administrative support to executive team members as neededOversee the purchasing of office supplies and essentialsManage and track inventory of equipment such as PC, Mac, printers, phones, etc.Assist in setting up office equipmentDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsNegotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectivenessFacility Management (30%)
Lead and supervise construction and renovation projects.Engage, communicate, and manage general contractors and workers.Develop, maintain, and execute routine maintenance schedulesEnsure facilities are compliant with safety, fire, and other regulationsQualifications
- College degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, and handling compliance and permits
- Experience in construction, renovations, and dealing with contractors
- Electrical experience and construction knowledge preferred
- Ability to assemble furniture, shelving, and possess handy work skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bilingual (Kor/Eng) preferred
