The Role: We're seeking driven business professionals to join our team as Management Consultants. In this role, you'll coach frontline management to transform organizations into more efficient and profitable entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business challenges and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather and analyze data to guide organizational decision-making
• Collaborate with frontline leaders to enhance leadership and management behaviors
• Facilitate problem-solving and build consensus among cross-functional teams
• Deliver swift, measurable results to improve client efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of direct supervision and management experience
• Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Travel Requirements: This position requires 100% domestic travel (Sunday-Friday, year-round). Travel rewards and miles earned belong to the consultant. Weekend travel flexibility is available.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary
• $590 biweekly travel reimbursement per diem for client site work
• $180 biweekly allowance for parking and transportation
• Three-tier Consultant and Project Manager Career Track
