Operations Manager - Distribution / Drivers
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: $30 Per Hour + Shift Differential + Quarterly Bonuses + Full Medical and Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield Benefits + 401K
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Annual
As a Distribution Manager with Restaurant Technologies, you will be responsible for achieving depot results through Distribution team leadership within the depot, including meeting the organization standards in people leadership, customer service, safety, quality, operational excellence and financial performance.
Primary Job Accountabilities:
* Develop and lead a team, communicate and hold high standards of safety and performance.
* Accountability for workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, recognition, and development.
* Be a role model and enforce a safety-driven culture and operational excellence.
* Create a customer-focused culture, working across centralized services and support teams to ensure customer needs are met. Guarantees that customers are satisfied, and any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in timely manner.
* Partner with the General Manager to meet the financial goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the depot/business. Manage the P&L budgets and metrics for Distribution operations.
Education, Requirements & Competencies:
* 3-5 years' experience in operations with 2+ years of people management experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Proven track record of managing customer service challenges and wins
* Strong business acumen ; track record of achieving financial and operational goals
* Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective teams
% of Time Traveling: ~30%
