As an Operations Manager you will be at the helm of our indoor 50,000sq ft entertainment facility established in 2006 that boasts 7 activities, a 35 game arcade, restaurant, bar and event center. You will be hands on overseeing daily operations, managing our Shift Supervisors and staff members. You will organize reservation game play, party operations, oversee kitchen and bar operations, follow opening and closing procedures, answer guest questions, ensure great experiences and complete sales all with keeping safety, customer service and cleanliness a priority.
· Oversee the management of Supervisors and Attraction Team Members. Guide them in delivering exceptional guest service throughout our facility.
· Set clear objectives and provide guidance to subordinates, ensuring our activities operate seamlessly.
· Complete duties such as scheduling, running social media, create training systems, book parties and events and other tasks.
· Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks to keep our attractions in top-notch condition.
· Train staff on safety measures and ensure rules are upheld.
· Work together with management team to maintain accurate employee personnel files through written and verbal communications and handle any necessary disciplinary actions.
· Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with regulations.
· Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.
· Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment rooted in excellence. Maintain our values and contribute to a positive work environment.
· Lead by example, exhibiting professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
· Delegate daily tasks and checklists tasks to Shift Supervisors and staff members empowering them to take ownership and pride in responsibilities.
· Work closely with the General Manager and take on any additional tasks assigned.
· Support kitchen staff and events hosts in any way necessary.
