What will you do?
the Operations Manager, Finance is in charge of overseeing the various Finance teams This role will guarantee that the business receives centralized, effective financial services on a global scale. Together with the Finance Shared Services Manager, this role will support the Shared Services Finance function's continuing efforts to increase customer satisfaction, service quality, and productivity.
Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.
* Manage the Shared Services Finance team leads across the different functions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Client Admin, Clients and Market, Group Accounting, Finance System, Payroll, PH Accounting, Procurement, Project Financial Administration, Reporting, Settlements, and Supplier Management).
* Partner with the Finance Shared Services Manager and other key stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions in line with the business strategy
* Set in place processes and procedures to ensure that services meet and incompliance with the internal and external audit requirements
* Ensure that service delivery is in line with the agreed measures and SLAs
* Ensure resources, capabilities and capacity can meet requirements, this will include planning: o to deliver new tasks/services for key stakeholders or future workload in order to maintain service delivery
* Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and streamlining different processes
* Anticipate hurdles and have contingency plans to circumvent them
* Manage workflow and resources to optimise value
* Schedule of work amongst resources and shifts to meet stakeholder expectations
* Build and maintain the relationship with key stakeholders and promote Shared Services to the business
* Translate organization goals into clear, comprehensive and achievable directives for the team. Support direct reports in the implementation of new directives
* Cascade knowledge and develop team capabilities to strengthen understanding of business needs and service excellence
* Lead, motivate and develop a team to ensure that training and development needs are met and succession plans are in place
* Determine training requirements then execute training with other team members, in relation to advance use of relevant systems, processes and required skillset for their role
* Review and identify knowledge gaps and implement plans to improve and eliminate them moving forward
* Act and liaise with team members to resolve any matters that arise relating to performance in a timely manner
* Work with the Finance Shared Services Manager in ensuring that services meet or exceed expectations and are delivered in accordance with agreed KPIs and SLAs
* Maintain a high level of customer service measured through benchmarked customer satisfaction Provide strategy and guidance to resolve escalated / complex issues.
* Establish a culture of flexibility and adaptability to varying shift requirements and operation hours in order to fulfil real time business requirements
* Demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality requirements relating to Finance activities and ensure the teams compliance of these requirements
What can you bring to the team?

You will also need the following:
* 3-5 years of experience in organizational leadership with an emphasis on finance, accounting, and auditing
* CPA License and other Finance related certifications are an advantage but not required
* Knowledge in key Finance functions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Budgeting, Payroll, General Accounting, Project Accounting, Financial/Month end Reporting, Tax, local statutory requirements)
* Knowledge and experience in the use of Service Management systems / tools, productivity tools, various Finance trackers, etc.
* Experience in a Global Shared Services organization (preferred)
* Technical knowledge of Finance systems and processes (Workday Financials or any similar enterprise/accounting systems
