Primary Job Duties: The incumbent is responsible for managing the Parks & Recreation Operations, the Department's budget and the tracking of all legislation and grant writing originating from the Department. The work is performed under the general direction of the Commissioner. Supervision is exercised over Parks & Recreation employees and other staff members as assigned. Does related work as required.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field and three years full-time experience involving the management of public or private facilities. OR Bachelor degree, preferably with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, urban studies, economics, or related field; and five years of full-time experience in related field.
