Your leadership will be crucial in driving growth, improving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of client service and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all business activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective resource management.
- Team Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, including performance evaluations and managing personnel changes.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to enhance operational processes and increase efficiency across the board.
- Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.
- Brand Enhancement: Contribute to the positive image and reputation of the organization within the industry.

Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the glass industry is highly preferred.
