About the Role

Triumph's Operations Manager will report to the Director, Rental and oversee daily activities in the organization's operations function. This position requires high attention to detail toward P&L administration and workforce management. This individual will exercise a willingness to deliver and install mobile offices.

Responsibilities

  • Administers recurring or daily functions involving subcontractor relations, coordinating deliveries, and issuing POs
  • Develops and implements strategies meant to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible
  • Approves and allocates resources based on business priorities
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to policies or procedures

Safety

Employee Commitment and Responsibilities: Employee involvement in all aspects of the safety program is critical to its success. Employees are closest to the work processes, so they must actively communicate with management to facilitate proactive solutions to safety problems.

Experience Required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
  • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
  • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience
  • CDL Class A License (Preferred)

Compensation details: 90000-120000 Yearly Salary
