We are hiring a creatively driven Operations Manager to join our team -- this is a new role for a new piece of business. In this dual Account Executive/Project Manager role, you'll be responsible for day-to-day strategic client engagement as well as internal management for the creation and activation of omnichannel deliverables. The annual salary range for this role in the NYC market is $75k-$95k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits, and the base pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, etc., and will be informed by market data. This role is hybrid to our DC or NYC office, and reports to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities

•Work with team leadership to manage assigned projects, from start to finish.

•Develop detailed project plans based on schedule and scope.

•Ensure that all deliverables are reviewed internally for quality control.

•Plan meetings in a timely manner and create status reports and summaries to guide team and client next steps.

•Identify project risks and escalate to team leadership as appropriate.

•Contribute to SOW creation and change orders, owning sections as assigned related to deliverables, risks, assumptions and dependencies.

•Set the expectations for the project teams at large, communicating clear benchmarks, clarifying deliverables, and prioritizing tasks.

•Support the delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget.

Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of account/project management experience in marketing and advertising; agency experience required.

•Successful track record helping manage client-facing projects, including during creative development and activation of omnichannel marketing deliverables.

•Strong presentation skills and presence in agency and client meetings.

•Experience with clients in finance/banking a plus.

•Experience with Smartsheet and Workfront preferred.

•May require client travel.

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
