Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
  • Work to shape strategic direction, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations prioritizing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive profitability and balance the sheet effectively through strategic P&L optimization.
  • Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team, instilling accountability and fostering professional development.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery standards and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Enforce compliance with regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols, prioritizing safety above all.
  • Empower your team to manage and mentor field operations staff, implementing operational plans to achieve profit and growth targets.
  • Assist in developing sales growth forecasts and oversee daily operations to meet revenue targets and market mix goals.
  • Promote brand loyalty and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and customer interactions.
  • Provide support to team leaders in troubleshooting and resolving issues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Take accountability for branch performance and progress toward company objectives.
Requirements for the Operations Manager:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of 7+ years.
  • Knowledge of the residential service industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities, adept at transforming financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights.
  • A skilled leader capable of assembling and guiding a successful team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in fostering relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software is preferred, but being tech-savvy is a must.
  • High level of organizational oversight and ability to see the big picture.
  • Expertise in using data and financial statements to make decisions and drive revenue.
