Job Description:

Regenerative Research Group (RRG) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing placental-derived human cell and tissue products for regenerative medicine. We specialize in producing high-quality biologic materials to advance research and treatment options. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile Operations Manager who can support our leadership team and manage the office efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including occasional overseas travel for conferences.
  • Coordinate meetings across various international time zones.

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Project Management:

  • Manage and track multiple projects using project management software (such as Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Ensure deadlines are met and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Office Management & HR:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
  • Manage HR-related tasks including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.

Quick Learning & Adaptability:

  • Quickly adapt to new information and tools relevant to the business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments, particularly related to operational and HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, or Executive Assistant.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with project management software (Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of office software and systems.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events or conferences 1-2 times per year.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business information and tools.
