We specialize in producing high-quality biologic materials to advance research and treatment options. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile Operations Manager who can support our leadership team and manage the office efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including occasional overseas travel for conferences.
- Coordinate meetings across various international time zones.
Executive Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Management:
- Manage and track multiple projects using project management software (such as Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Ensure deadlines are met and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Office Management & HR:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
- Manage HR-related tasks including onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration.
Quick Learning & Adaptability:
- Quickly adapt to new information and tools relevant to the business.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments, particularly related to operational and HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, or Executive Assistant.
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management software (Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of office software and systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally for events or conferences 1-2 times per year.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business information and tools.
