Sizable manufacturing company in the renewables space ($4B rev) has partnered with us to find and hire an Operations Manager in their Santa Barbara area facility. In this role, you will be the successor to the Plant Manager while overseeing production, maintenance, and facilities. This is a highly impactful role within this division. This company is stable and a leader in its space.
