Job description:- Champion an 6S method for an organized, clean, and safe working environment- Develop scheduling and capacity planning tools where necessary to improve lead time and delivery targets- Deploy tactical lean tools and the company's production systems framework, including the development of the MPS Framework- Drive the process for development of X-Matrix/Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) within the site- Deploy LeanDNA across site to establish appropriate measurement systems, identify opportunities and quantify implemented improvements- Manage and maintain LeanDNA Initiatives, Metrics and Targets, and provide LeanDNA administrative support to all site usersWork collaboratively with the Site Manager to support development of key frameworksRequirements of role:- Proven leadership skills with a track record in developing manufacturing teams to deliver a high-performance culture.- Experience with change management and new product introduction.- Mentor and coach individuals to implement change who are resistant to embracing new processes by using the company tools, tools are not exclusively limited to company inventory.Base DOE, sign on bonus, target bonus.
