They seek candidates that have the skills and abilities for broad level management and a desire to lead in a manufacturing environment.The first step in the management development progression will be a position as Operations Manager. This position is directly responsible for all aspects of Customer Service and Materials for a manufacturing plant.This encompasses customer service, quality, production scheduling, logistics management, materials management, and human resource management.They currently have openings in Charlotte, NC, Thurmont, MD and Richmond, VA.Base salary, + 25% bonus and full benefits. Profit sharing once you are vested with the company.
