Their Goal is to work side by side with their customers and provide prompt, reliable, and professional service.The Operations Manager will run their expanding facility with team leadership growing the team, maintaining a culture of safety and efficiency while providing hands-on assistance when needed to jump in on any given project.Managing the through put of containers, maintenance needs and assignments, you will be leading a team of fabricators, welders, and painters. Planning and scheduling around demand, you will manage facility, environmental and safety.A great opportunity for an enlisted leader with technical skills.The area manager is a veteran and the company culture is a good match with focus on integrity, candor and camaraderie.
