The first step in the management development progression will be a position as Operations Manager.This position is directly responsible for all aspects of Customer Service and Materials for a manufacturing plant. This encompasses customer service, quality, production scheduling, logistics management, materials management, and human resource management.The starting salary for this role will be $80 - $100k base + a 20-25% bonus. This is a manufacturing environment, but you will work Monday -Friday with normal business hours. The company prides itself on their great work-life balance.
