Our client's Tifton, GA branch is in search of a strong operational leader to take over as the Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations and ensuring compliance within assigned location, includingadministration of the financial business plan, overseeing all talent development and training, facility maintenance and customer experience objectives.- Achieve company financial objectives for profit performance; assist with developing and monitoring budgets for assigned location- Ensure the maintenance of fiscal reporting procedures within assigned location are in full compliance with established company policies including, accounts receivable, inventory reports, monthly forecasts and related score cards- Provide leadership for assigned location to ensure a positive customer experience- Ensure execution on monthly expectations and standards, strategies, and action items- Manage the Parts Warehouse department and vendors who provide services for the care of the facility- Monitor, manage and supervision of new hires to include responsibility for selection, hiring, development and orientation procedures- Ensure execution of performance management process for employees in the assigned location, to includerewards and recognition, fostering positive morale and disciplinary procedures, up to and including termination of employment- Assess talent at all levels within the assigned location; provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to develop the best talent in the industry- Partner with senior management to increase aftermarket sales by departmentCompetitive salary, annual bonus based off of company success, company phone and laptop, full benefits package.
