Montauk operates as a subsidiary of Montauk Holdings Limited, a publicly traded holding company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.Responsibilities:Develop, Aggregate, Organize and distribute action items and initiatives toincrease quality and quantity of fuel supplyImprove plant efficiencyImprove plant availabilityDetermine metrics to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of each of the above initiativesReport to Senior Management the success or failure of each initiativeReport to Senior Management the success or failure of fuel supply and facility compliance with each initiativeUtilize the developed action item and initiative toDevelop annual production budgetsDevelop weekly production forecastsDevelop reports for the Board of Directors and Senior Management teamOther duties as assignedExperience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management or equivalentStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills5-7 years in progressive roles, most recently as management of fuel supply, operations, a region of facilities, or a large operating facilitySix sigma certification a plusAbility to manage multiple initiatives, while meeting goals and objectives within timelinesAbove average written, verbal and interpersonal skillsBenefits•Full-Time employees are eligible for a strong benefits package including:•Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance•Flexible spending account•Paid time off•Long term and short term disability•Life Insurance•Retirement 401K•Pay is commensurate with qualifications.Montauk Renewables is an equal opportunity employer.
