In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated group that values excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect. As the Operations Manager, you will lead, motivate, and support a large production division to ensure customer satisfaction, drive revenue and profit growth, and oversee staff development. You will manage all operational activities and work toward achieving strategic goals.This is a Direct Hire role.What you will be doing as a Operations Manager...
  • Oversee all operational activities and drive the achievement of operational objectives.
  • Actively pursue both strategic and operational goals.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the development and growth of production staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the owner to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and manage protocols for maintaining the facility, vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
  • Manage customer relationships and handle conflict resolution.
Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Operations Manager...
  • Experience in fire, water, and mold cleaning/restoration is required.
  • 3+ years of remediation and reconstruction experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate math skills.
  • Business degree preferred.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance occasionally.
  • Capability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces or attics.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Must be comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state as needed.
  • Successful completion of a background check, subject to applicable laws.
